In 1974 we started growing flowers in a wide range, including dahlias and in particular cut flower dahlias. At that time, the cut hylias were already being brought to the flower auction. In 1999 we started crossing dahlias and then focused specifically on crossing cut flower dahlias. There was and is crossed in many colors and types.
We have six to seven thousand sown dahlias every year. There is a strict selection based on type of color and cutting options. This selection is imposed and cuttings are picked from it to make larger batches.
Then fellow dahlia growers and exporters come to look for renewal and improvement of their range. We also have a show garden here at the company where all new varieties can be admired.
