Sisters Denise and Jolande van der Linden love socializing and are both avid corso builders. For years, they have been building a parade float for the Bloemencorso Bollenstreek as the corso group De Zilk, together with an enthusiastic group of volunteers.
Jolande and Denise grew up with dahlias. The sisters are true fans of these colorful flowers and have been actively involved in the Holland Dahlia Event for years.
This year, they are organizing the bird objects for the parade float of Van Der Valk Hotel Sassenheim-Leiden. Together with enthusiastic volunteers, they are adding color to these beautiful birds with dahlias.
They will also be working on the chair for the Holland Dahlia Event. The possibilities with dahlias are endless. Jolande and Denise will undoubtedly surprise us again.
